Our Marketing team play a vital role in driving sales for the business. Within Marketing you’ll also find PR, Internal Communications, Content, Brand and Regional Marketing teams so whatever your specialism we will have an opportunity to suit you.


Our Finance team prides itself on being down-to-earth and approachable. Buying and Merchandising

Every time we pick a product, we’re making a decision that could have big implications for the rest of the business. But that’s the thrill and challenge of joining this team. It’s our job to develop, source and deliver a balanced mix of products, ensuring they’re priced and presented in a way that appeals to customers.

Retail Operations

Store Development

Our Store Development function is responsible for managing the scope, planning and delivery of our Bunnings store estate across the UK and Ireland. Working on everything from new store fit-outs to store upgrades and new concept rollout programmes, this function interfaces with all areas of the business from Property through to Buying and Merchandising and Marketing and Digital to ensure the smooth delivery of a variety of key projects and programmes.

Contact Centre

Our Customer Assist team is a Contact Centre team based in our Support Centre in Milton Keynes. Whether the customer has a query about a store, an order they have placed online or even a complaint, the Customer Assist team will be on hand to provide them with an experience to remember.

Our supply chain is vital to us ensuring we have the right amount of stock at the right time and in the right place. This team works closely with our logistics, distribution, warehouse and Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver the best possible supply chain solutions to the business.
