Following a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a very capable, confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and analysing various reports together with supporting all areas of Merchandise Compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating insightful reporting and analysis on faulty product returns, communicating them to the wider business.
Engaging the relevant buying teams to identify opportunities to reduce faulty returns of specific products and/or suppliers
Working with buying teams to co-ordinate product isolations, recalls and withdrawals, communicating with stores to ensure compliance
Liaising with the QA team on specific issues raised by customers to ensure these are progressed through to a suitable resolution
Collate, review and edit weekly Merchandise Bulletins from across Merchandising before publishing to stores
Improving supplier compliance to our barcode standards and weight icon programme
The personal attributes required to fulfil the responsibilities of this position include:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good Excel skills, able to develop reports, set pivots, lookups etc
Analytical skills to identify trends and develop action plans
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to engage at all levels, building strong relationships
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Self-motivated working both independently and in a team
Store operations knowledge advantageous - although not essential
