If you're driven by putting a smile on a customer’s face and enjoy helping others, you’ll love working as part of the Bunnings team in our first UK stores.
We’re building the best home improvement and garden experience in the UK and Ireland. Offering the best service is one of the pillars on which our business has been built, and its’ our team that creates a welcoming environment and an enjoyable shopping experience every day.
Our team members are the face of Bunnings. They are the first point of contact with our customers and play a critical role in representing the Bunnings brand and providing customers with a great shopping experience by being friendly and helpful.
This is a critical role within the store, supporting the Leadership team to deliver this every day!
As a senior member of the store team, you’ll support out Leadership team based in one of our departments to ensure this is full, clean and tidy and with great service available for our customers. You’ll investigate any gaps to ensure we’re always in stock with great products that are clearly priced – and work with our supplier representatives to ensure new ranges are always on display.
You’ll supervise your colleagues, inducting and training them on key tasks within the department and coaching them on how we do things - so they’re kitted out with all the skills and knowledge they need.
You’ll also assist opening and closing the store in busy times, and oversee the department when your Manager is away. You’ll also help supervise the wider salesfloor at weekends and in peak periods.
It really is a rewarding role - beating your targets, bringing you close to our customers and taking pride in building the capability of those around you.
